Alfie began his journey of the US October 4th, 2016 in Santa Paula, CA, where a lemon processing plant strived to reduce water use, save on hydraulic charges, and begin reusing water. To do this, we would directly treat the wastewater to produce reusable water with the CORNCOB II. The wastewater comes from the rinse, scrub, and preservation processes, and thus has high chemical content.

Justin and Ludek arrived at the plant on Tuesday and conducted pilot tests through Wednesday, the 5th. Alfie ran smoothly and produced fantastic results, as can be seen in the photo on the right. demonstrating that CORNCOB would be a great fit for this application!
